The Pinnacle Partnership offers a Contingency Fee
(No Win No Fee) Arrangement to fund your claim to
an Employment Tribunal providing that is it considered
that your claim has reasonable prospects of success.
In Employment Tribunal cases, it is rare for
costs to be awarded against the other party unlike
in personal injury claims so we have to make a
deduction from any agreed settlement sum or Tribunal
award to cover our fees. That deduction will be
33.3% and no more.
In other words, if we recover the sum of £10,000
in damages on your behalf either as part of an
out-of-court settlement or at an Employment Tribunal
hearing then we will take the sum of £3,333,33
in respect of our fees.
When taking on this agreement we also ask you
to make a deposit of £150.00 to cover disbursements
such as medical report fees or travelling expenses
we incur in attending tribunal hearings or taking
witness statements.
If you lose your case then you pay us nothing
other than the above disbursements.
You will be kept informed of any disbursements
which need to be incurred on your behalf as the
case proceeds.
Unlike many other providers of No Win No Fee
case management, we do not expect you to sign
any separate insurance policy or take out loan
finance.
This is a straightforward agreement to allow
you to proceed with your claim with peace of mind.
